It is typically played in smaller,&nbsp;local&nbsp;or triangular competitions rather than long league days.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How does it work?&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>8 players per side&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>16 overs per innings&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batters play in pairs for 4 overs each&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 runs deducted per wicket lost&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keeps all players involved throughout the game&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What equipment do I need?&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Played with a hard ball (usually 4.75 oz) and full protective gear, including pads, helmet, and gloves.
